When applying lash extensions...instead of adding sloppy, tacky glue to your fake lash...why not invest in a cheap make up brush that you do not mind messing up and apply the glue to the brush and apply directly to your eyelid, wait until the glue gets tacky and then apply the lashed directly to your lid! This way helps to eliminate the smearing of your masterpiece ( your eyeshadow) it is hard enough to get your shadows just right...too have to worry about getting towards the end of your application and messing up! Tips for Plucking Eyebrows!!

As long as I can remember I never really understand how people handled the pain of plucking their eyebrows!! I myself has always taken the easy wy out and just used a razorblade or waxing...But until lately I have been asked by alot of customers to tweeze or pluck their eyebrows...Even though they request it the pain is still there (I know beauty is pain) so what I have decided to do was test out different experiments..and my conclusion is that orajel or an ice cube is about the best way to ease some of the pain...I just rub a little bit of orajel across the brow area and then let it numb for a few seconds then go to work AND THE SAME THING GOES FOR THE ICECUBE!!! JUST SIT THE ICE CUBE ON THE BROW AREA until it begins to feel numb.. then like I said before go to work...-darcysdolls

Looking for ideas for inexpensive ways to entertain????? Why not a SWAP PARTY!!! (What is a swap party?) Let me Explain!! What you do is invite about six or seven of your friends (make sure that they have great taste) and have them gather up a bag of interesting items thst they are no longer using for example like gently worn clothing items, purses, books, cd, dvd's, pictures, shoes, wrong color makeup, new fingernail polishes, recipes and etc... What you do is have each person take a turn showing what they have and the rest of you bid on their items with the items that you brought and it goes on and on...This way everyone wins and your money stays in your pocket...Remember..One man's trash is another man's TREASURE!!- darcinadenise
