Get your feet ready for the Summer by following just a few steps in no time flat.

5 Steps To Pretty Pampered Feet

1. Soak- Add soothing bath salts to tub of warm water, then soak feet for 10 minutes to soften the cuticles and calluses. Or wrap them ina damp, hot towels for a better effect.

2. Exfoliate- Immediately after soaking, slather on a scrub to slough off loosened dead skin. Don't have one on hand? Try mixing 1/4 cup sugar into 1/4 cup of your favorite body lotion.

3.File- While your feet are still wet, get rid of any dry patches by rubbing them with the coarse side of a smoothing file. Dry feet, then flip over the file to the fine side and go over calluses one more time.

4. Moisturize ( I am very big on this)- Massage your feet with a rich, hydrating cream before bed and sleep with socks on.

5. Finally- REFRESH-For a quick pick me up anytime, spritz on an invigorating, deodorizing spray with soothing ingredients like tea tree oil and peppermint. It hydrates and cools feet, so it is perfect for the summer time heat!

Another Fruity Cocktail From Darcina Denise Event Planning

Pineapple Infusion

2oz. pineapple-infused vodka
1/2 oz. triple sec.
Splash of elderflower liqueur
1 pineapple slice
*Combine first three ingredients or shake in a cocktail shaker. Pour into martini glass and garnish with pineapple

Girls Night Out Spinach Dip From Darcina Denise Event Planning!

What you will need!

1pk. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach ( do not unthaw)
1lb (16 oz) velveeta pasteurized prepared cheese product cut into 1/2 inch cube
1 pkg (8oz) philadelphia cream cheese cut up
1 can ( 10 oz) of your choice diced tomatoes & green chilles, drained

Make It!

Place spinach in large microwaveable bowl
microwave on high 5 minutes
stir in remaining ingredients. mcrowave on high for 5 minutes or until the velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blend, stirring after 3 min.
serve hot wih chip of choice..most people use tortilla chipss because they are thicker and you can scoop more! (BONUS) Eat with your favorite bread roll!
