With all of that said..It is also time to pay EXTRA special attention to our feet...I have a few simple sets that I swear by and not just when it time to show them! As we all know winter can be very cruel to our feet..So it would be wise to always keep a peg egg or a foot file, a pair of socks that you do not mind messy up and your favorite petroleum jelly handy at all times..Whew that sounds like a lot...But you find that this is one of the cheapest spa treatment that you will find and on top of that a convenient location..YOUR HOME! First you want to start by soaking your feet in warm water (I also use this time to add a bath salt or softener) Soak your feet for about ten minute..warming the water as needed! Pull out the peg egg and go to work..remembering not to shave the foot down and irritate the foot...You need both of these..This is why you are treating them!! Feel the soles to make sure that you have removed all of the dead skin and them buff the bottoms (this is if you own a buffer)! Again do not buff so hard that you cause the foot to become sensitive. Dry your feet and add your petroleum jelly or whatever moisturizer that you use (you want to make sure that your foot cream in sort of heavy so that the feet can absorb as much moisture as possible.Afterall they have been coupped up in boots all winter. Slip into your sock and DONE! One of the cheapest spa treatments ever..Now when morning comes you are prepared to show them toes!! Happy Warm Weather!!
